Chimpanzees are capable of using tools like sticks, stones, pods and so on.  They can use sticks to beat back, stones to stone back, pods to draw water from the water body and so.

Chimpanzees formulate groups known as troops for defensive reasons. They are united just like human beings and in case of any attack; they fight the enemy as one group.

In case of death, Chimpanzees mourn just like human beings.  They take some time in sad mood until the body of their colleague rot of buried.

Chimpanzees hunt in groups… they are capable of applying hunting tactics just like those of human beings. An example of hunting tactic is the circling method of the prey.

Chimpanzees can swim as they try to cross rivers. They apply human like tactics of swimming and can’t easily drown in water.

Chimpanzees nurture their young ones from infant stage to adult hood just like humans do to their young ones.

Chimpanzees construct shelters just like human being – like Gorillas, chimps also construct nests to stay in at nights. They build nest from the local materials like leaves and sticks among others.

Chimpanzees share food together and when one discovers the source of food, it calls others to share. The idea is known to be initiated by human being to share basic needs with others and that justifies that Chimps are intelligent.

Chimps can uproot food staff like cassava, potatoes and scoop termites from the ant hills.

Chimpanzees are capable of stopping fights among the group members- when two or more Gorillas start a fight, the elders can intervene and stop the fight.
