You will receive a warm welcome from our professional safari guide/ driver – transfer to Kibale National park. Kibale Forest hosts a large number of chimpanzees in Uganda thus offering the best Chimpanzee habituation and chimpanzee trekking. Arrival for evening tea, relax as you wait for dinner and overnight at Kibale Primate Lodge, Kibale Safari Lodge or Chimp Nest Lodge.
Day 2: Chimpanzee habituation (Full day)
Imagine spending a full day with chimpanzees! After breakfast, you will be guided by rangers- move into the jungles to see a variety of amazing chimpanzees. Meet them and do Chimpanzee Habituation with experts from Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA). You will enjoy picnic lunch and spend the day in the forest. Dinner and overnight at your previous Lodge.
Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast, drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park- en route view the slopes of mountains of the moon (Mountain Rwenzori) – proceed via Queen Elizabeth National Park to see some wild animals. Continue to the park through Ishasha sector where you may see the tree climbing lions. Arrival for dinner and overnight at Rushaga Gorilla Camp, Gorilla Mist Camp or Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla Lodge.
Day 4: Gorilla Habituation in Rushaga sector of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast, drive to the park headquarters for briefing – Proceed with rangers to enjoy 4 hours Gorilla Habituation in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Study more about Gorillas- learn how Gorilla groups are habituated – take memorable photos and return to your Lodge for relaxation as you wait for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Drive back to Entebbe Airport – Evening departure
Enjoy luxurious drive back to Entebbe Airport for evening departure.
