Uganda and Rwanda are two of the three countries that host the world’s remaining endangered mountain gorillas. On top of the mountain gorillas, there are a number of primates that can be found on primates safari to Uganda and Rwanda. These include Chimpanzees, golden monkeys, and black and white colobus among several other monkey species.

Day 1: Arrival At Kigali International Airport
Upon your arrival at Kigali international airport, you will be received by our English-speaking professional tour guide who will drive you to Nyungwe national park where you will enjoy an afternoon canopy walk. Dinner and overnight in Nyungwe national park.
Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking In Nyungwe National park
After your breakfast very early in the morning, you will set out to attend the chimpanzee tracking briefing after which you will start your quest for the chimpanzees in Nyungwe forest. After chimpanzee tracking in Nyungwe forest, you will simply return to your lodge and relax. Dinner and overnight at the agreed lodge in Nyungwe national park.
Day 3: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
On this day, you have an option to simply relax at Lake Kivu and then transfer to Volcanoes national park. Relax at your lodge near Volcanoes national park.
Day 4: Golden Monkey Tracking and Crossing To Uganda
After your breakfast at your lodge in the morning, you will set out for golden monkey tracking in Volcanoes national park. After golden monkey tracking, you will cross the border to Uganda and relax at lake Bunyonyi in Uganda. Overnight at your choice lodge in Lake Bunyonyi
Day 5: Relax at Lake Bunyonyi and Transfer to Mgahinga
You will spend half your day relaxing at Lake Bunyonyi and after your lunch, you will transfer to Mgahinga gorilla national park.
Day 6: Gorilla Trekking In Mgahinga National park
After your breakfast at your lodge in Mgahinga national park, you will have your lunch parked before you set out to attend your gorilla trekking briefing. You will attend the gorilla trekking briefing at the park offices after which you will start your gorilla trekking.
After your gorilla trek, you will relax at your lodge in Mgahinga after your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Golden Monkey Tracking, Transfer To Bwindi
Upon finishing your breakfast at your lodge in Mgahinga, you will set out for the golden monkey tracking in Mgahinga. After tracking the golden monkeys in Mgahinga, you will transfer to Bwindi and simply relax as you prepare for your gorilla trek the following day.
Day 8: Gorilla Trekking In Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After your early breakfast at your lodge in Bwindi, you will set out with your packed lunch for gorilla trekking in Bwindi. After your gorilla trek, you will transfer back to your lodge in Bwindi.
Day 9: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After your breakfast at your lodge, you will transfer to the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth national park. You will have an evening game drive in the Ishasha sector. Dinner and overnight at your lodge in the Ishasha sector
Day 10: Transfer to Kibale National Park
You will wake up very early in the morning for the morning game drive in Ishasha after your game drives, you will transfer to your lodge in Kibale. Relax and prepare for chimpanzee tracking.
Day 11: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
After your morning breakfast, you will have your lunch packed and then set out for chimpanzee tracking. After your chimpanzee tracking and lunch, you will start out on your journey to Murchison falls national park. You will sleep outside the park. Dinner and overnight at your lodge in the park.
Day 12: Full Day in Murchison Falls National Park
Very early in the morning, you will enter Murchison falls national park and track chimpanzees in Budongo forest. After tracking chimpanzees, you will transfer to the top of the falls in Murchison falls national park.
Day 13: Transfer to Jinja
You will set out for a morning game drive in Murchison falls national park. After your game drive, you will start out on your journey to Jinja. Dinner and overnight in Jinja
Day 14: Full day in Jinja
In Jinja, you will relax in the morning, then visit the source of the Nile. There is an option of rafting at the Nile or simply relaxing in Jinja for the rest of the day. Dinner and overnight in Jinja
Day 15: Transfer to Entebbe
After your breakfast in Jinja, you will transfer to Entebbe with a stop at Ssezibwa falls in Mukono. Depending on your flight schedule, You will be dropped off at the airport or at your lodge in Entebbe.
